In February 2002, the world will focus its attention on Salt Lake as the Olympic Winter Games return to America for the first time in over two decades. Once again, we will watch the bravery and daring of young athletes in their pursuit of gold. Not since Lake Placid in 1980 have the Olympic Winter Games occurred in the U.S.A.

Nearly 3.5 billion people around the world will watch the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympic Winter Games of 2002. Millions of spectators will also be entertained by a variety of on-site performers throughout 17 days of Olympic competition and 9 days of the Paralympic Winter Games. The Salt Lake Organizing Committee is looking for thousands of volunteer performers and performance groups to take part in this historic event.
